The Square

In a former barber's shop at the bus station in Kokkola, the students from the Nordic are showing works that are somehow related to this specific place and situation. The exhibition shows a customer’s thoughts during a visit to the barber’s shop, a formation of hair, how people react in a multilingual environment and the gallery as an aquarium. It’s about the history of barber’s mirror, a fenced spruce and a Moomin mum walking her own way, an installation made out shopping bags, a miniature of a town center and much, much more.

The exhibition is open daily from noon 'till 5 pm and closes 29th of November.
